One of our amish neighbors ad his buggy horse attacked by one this summer... it ripped it all up... im planning on shooting the SOB if i get the chance... the amish have seen it a total of 5 or 6 times and they want it dead!!! (they carry there rifles w them in there buggies during deer season) one of my buddies had it run across the rd in front of him last fall too...

ive only got 1 shotgun 1 rifle and a 22... 0% chance of getting ammo mixed up...

Whitetail strategies Vol 2 by Peter Fiduccia and i just came across a VERY interesting note... he says that he uses plastic corn cobs and apples sprayed with scent to bring the deer in... this would be legal in NY correct? he will hang the apples on a tree near his stand or put some cobs on the ground under his stand... he said the deer walk up and lick them and realize they are fake but it brings them in close enough to make the shot...
