Nah upstaters have no reason to dislike city folks that like to say all women are sluts, or not pretty or the food isn't good or we wouldn't survive with out you and lets not even start on the politicians and on and on....the downstate attitude goes NO WHERE up here. That attitude is prevelent in EVERY thing with you guys, wether its pizza or Weatherby's it's there. "i have never since i have been on here saw you write anything good about down state" Gee I wonder why?

I worked for a guy that popped the hood of another guys car and stuffed a Salmon fillet in the air box...mean bastard. I had to help pop the hood so he didn't go after me.

Yes I can't tell you fellas how many guys flunked out of Culinary school during the Pizza semester, it was brutal and impossible to master.

I think Pheasant carcass's might be a tie for stench on trash day with fish guts. Especially on a hot day.

Let me guess Anthony Bourdain fan? I agree with most of the first half of the list, not the second. You can fill a restuarant every night no matter where you are if you know what you are doing. It would be easier in the city due to the larger population.

You know now that I think of it I am sick of being able to hunt, fish, and shoot stuff right out my door. I wish I could live some where with a terrible odor and no woods to hunt. That would be ideal for a sportsman like me. At least there would be famous chefs and hot slutty women every where. Yea you city guys sure have it good.

NYC is not a culinary hot bed on innovation and exposure, in fact I bet not one person knows or cares about any chef from there. Lol You can be a big fish in a small pond or a big fish in a big pond surrounded by other big fish.

You go where ever you want, you can be the best chef anywhere, being in a city allows you to charge three times as much and every one thinks your food is the best because it costs so much. Living down there doesn't improve your taste buds.

The article was about the AR bill failing, not crossbows. It is showing that small groups that want things fail sometimes. I do not want politicians deciding anything to do with game laws and how they are made. -
Add to that, the cost of paying for governemnt (ie Albany) and the downstate politicians and also the prison's that house the downstate criminals. Then add on our property taxes ect. and upstate looses. And if you want to realy get nit picky subtract out all of the water and power we send them for cheap.
