My season went to Maine got a bear. Then in NY got doe with the bow. Then my rifle season was the worst I've ever had in 22 yrs. Saw 5 opening day. Then didn't see a damn thing after that. So my season was a ok. How was everyone else?

I shot my very first deer in the rain 22 yrs ago. If it wasn't for father I would have stayed in that day.

I have been hunting piece of woods for 8yrs never had a problem filling a tag during rifles season. I saw few opening day. But since haven't seen anything. I haven't got many pics either. In 22yrs this has been my worse rifle season. Hoping for better luck durning muzzleloader season.

I loved bowtech. Until I bought the insanity I sold after having for 6 months. I drove out to lancaster shot a few bows there. I ended up with elite. I'm on my 3rd elite and love them. I have the E35 great bow very quiet, no hand shock and a great warranty.

Move it to Monday of thanksgiving week. Then make rifle season a week or two weeks longer. By doing this you leave those few good weeks before rifle season to bow hunters. I have always thought NY season has been to short.

Is it just me it's hard to believe bow season is almost over? We wait all year and it's almost done. Crazy. Seems like gun season is so much earlier this year.
