Cool video! Can't believe the difference in clarity! I knew my OnX subscription would be renewing very soon, and thought I'd just pull the plug on it and try Huntstand instead. I looked at my OnX account and it just automatically renewed yesterday! LOL Oh well!! I pretty much only use it to keep track of cams and stand locations anyways...

WOW!! That last one is a brute! Interesting that you said they were "finally showing up"! I haven't had any shooters on cam for the past ~10 days. Out of curiosity, I looked back at last Octobers pics and the shooters didn't show up until Oct. 11th. Then, between the 11th-23rd, 5-6 showed up!

It's not for lack of trying! I remember how frustrating it was when I was taking my daughter out for youth season. You feel a lot of pressure to put them on a deer, so they stay interested in hunting, and it sucks when it doesn't happen. Stay positive and make the time you spend in the blind together as enjoyable as you can, deer or no deer. Funny, it reminds me of a time when I was in a blind with my daughter. We were having some laughs and she said, "Dad, some girls bond with their Dad over sports, but we bond over hunting." I will never forget that!

Have several cams out all around the property, but haven't had a shooter on cam, for about 10 days now... Not very encouraging. Trying to be optimistic that they'll come...

Since 30 min after daylight, I got cell cam pics of 5 different small bucks on the move! Of course I can't hunt this morning though... UGH! Have a meeting with our site in Germany from 8-11:00am. Oh well, I'll be out this afternoon!

I cringe and shake my head whenever I hear people say it was "quartering to"! Most of those shots, many times just single lungers, don't end well. Guys need to learn to me more patient and wait for a better shot/angle. Live and learn...

Went to bed at midnight last night, still undecided if I would go this morning... here I am. I have no intentions of shooting any does this year (not enough around) and am pretty picky "selective" about the buck I shoot, so I don't expect to launch any arrows. But, it's been a long-busy-stressful year so far and some stand time might be exactly what I need for the soul, body and mind.
