Damn man.......you have extra chains?  You sharpen your own?

If the answer to both is a "NO", snag a few extra chains then buy this beauty:

I use a bench vise to simplify the job and enjoy it.

OR!  I can run down to Finke equipment, and they'll sharpen all 4 of my chains for 20$!

.... Also I suck at sharpening.

So I have a decision to make in July. I've always been anti-lease and just bought vehicles. However, in July 2019 I leased a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT. Added in nearly all the options, spray-in bedliner, etc. The MSRP was somewhere around $42K ands the buyout is $26K. I pay $129/month. We only did this since it was our first truck and knew I would stay under the miles and then would buy it outright in July 2022 if we liked it (which we do). If I remember right, I was allowed 31,500 miles total. Thanks to the pandemic and not driving 25 miles/day to/from train, I am around 13K miles. All that being said, I'm getting a steal then to buy this truck in the summer right? I'm paying for a truck with 31K miles but will likely only have 15K miles.

Or because pricing has skyrocketed for used vehicles, do I buy it and sell it right away? just to buy a brand new one?

    Thanks all.

If you sold it, you would still have to buy one though right?  Whatever you made selling you'd just be taking in the rear buying new.  My wife is in almost exactly the same spot with her RAV4, right down to the month.

  3. I lost about 40 lbs between April and Halloween this last year.  The only real major changes I made (was already exercising 5 days a week for years, it really doesn't work by itself):

Replaced lunch with a Greek yogurt+ granola.  Portioned dinner appropriately.  To avoid snacking before bed I'd have a big slug of Metamucil so my belly wasn't growling at bed time.

I've also started swimming in the morning in September, and it's amazing cardio.  Hasn't led to weight loss, but it's tightened up my core alot and continue to loss body fat.  Doesn't make you feel broken the next day like a 3 mile jog does, which I continue to do but only once a week.

Edit:. For a snack, ground venison jerky.  All protein baby!

haha none of them can be picked up, thought maybe you or Cory would get excited haha.

But I wouldn't say "bad" by any means. My ESPN fantasy stats aren't included, but a quick check just on yahoo shows:

    You 84-99-2 (.459 winning %)

    Me 135-116-1 (.538 winning %)

Sweet!  This weekend will make it an even 100 losses!

  5. Not to sidetrack, but the only "magic bullet" I've seen on here for cold tree stand itis is heated vests.  I personally like to layer up once I get to the bottom of the stand, as most of my walks in are over half a mile.  So if you can walk to the stand in lighter gear that doesn't sweat you up, then pile on another insulation and wind layer that makes a huge difference for longevity.  I'm not an all day sitter though, 4 or 5 hours tops.
