Why do they keep saying this!!!! Grrr!
HectorBuckBuster replied to nybuckboy's topic in General Chit Chat
Its funny you posted this, this just appeared on Syracuse.com.It states he used a AR-15 then a pistol to kill himself. The average little people like us will never know the real truth. http://blog.syracuse.com/opinion/2013/03/everyone_who_claims_adam_lanza.html#incart_river_default -
Wow, I just did a quick read of this, and after reading it, it really makes the NY SAFE ACT so loose in wording and vagueness, I really don't see how this can not be tossed out. They have a couple of plaintiffs, that are disabled and this new law suit. Also they law is vague about a grip protruding below the action. What constitutes protruding ? Its well worth the read. I may print all 46 pages out to read it more.

I just read the article from the fox new link a few post about. There in one thing in there that really sticks out The measure is part of a four-pronged approach established by the governor's office to reduce gun violence in urban communities, according to CBS6Albany.com. It says four-pronged approach, so what are the four-prong's? This just seems to point out this has been planned for along time, and was just waiting for the right time to release a prong. -

Funny how this was launched a year ago, and never mentioned any where. This just make it look more and more like Cuomo, has planned this for a long time. Had everything sitting there and waiting to just the right moment. If the program has been in use for over a year, I am sure Cuomo would have broadcast it, if this program brought in 1000's of illegal guns. I would like to see just how many illegal guns this program has brought in -
Well I know is not really a huge deal, but now the state is considering changes. This would lead me to believe that there is something in there they are going to reword or ad. I don't think its a good thing. But this may give a judge, to atleast look into issueing a injunction and rule on how this law was passed. Since before King Cuomo said there will be NO CHANGES. http://fingerlakesdailynews.com/news/details.cfm?clientid=16&id=69870#.UUmRbldkh8E
