Was this bow supposedly tuned by the shop? If so have you shot it at distance? Does it group well? Is your flight good? Are you using properly spined arrows? There are a lot of factors but dont get overwhelmed, you eliminate them one by one. Its not difficult and you got a nice bow and the right tools

thats way too much it should come up in the last 1.5" give or take. Unless its different for limb driven?

Sometimes you can twist the string nocks and loop and theyll ride up and down on the serving, like a bolt on threads

Did the shop "tune it"? Is it grouping? Sometimes a bad tear doesnt mean anything, a good hole is just a starting point. And shooter error cause bad tears too. Ive had bows I couldnt get a good tear with to save my life because of my grip

And like Jeremy said maybe shoot at least one fletched shaft just so youre absolutely sure what kind of hole youre getting

I have no experience with Prime but Id still get your nock and centershot correct before messing with that cable guard. Nock height first

And id put those limb bolts back where they were or back them out equally, you shouldnt mess with them unless you want to change the draw weight

I start with bare shaft so you know you arent dealing with a clearance issue

lower your rest a SMIDGE and try again. Get your nock height right before addressing left/right
