Doe tags are a lottery, you can apply for two, by zones. There are high probability zones and low. Typically you'll get your first one. You are issued and antlered and antlerless with your archery license

Buffalo are dangerous animals, if I were the owner I'd be relieved to know it was taken care of. That's where the liability is. Sucks they lost their animal but oh well. A buffalo killed a woman in Clarence a few years back.

I actually had a fallow deer on my lease a few years ago that escaped from across the street a year earlier. I didnt know if I could shoot it then (turns out I could have).

This beauty just ran through my neighborhood and onto a property that I'm allowed to hunt..............geese on. The guy told me to stay away during deer, lol. I texted him to get the heck over there ASAP

Sometimes as gun season goes on I decide "screw it, I'm walking until I see a deer, whether it's a shot opportunity or not". I get tired of sitting in a tree for four hours seeing nothing. It's worked a couple times, when you bump one they typically stop to look back in gun range -
