  1. Couldn't keep them off this morning. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  2. If you have a boat, I'd highly recommend going into the estuary and casting crankbaits for salmon. It's much more fun getting them to crush a thunderstick than snagging them in the river surrounded by 100 people. You won't "hook up" as many times as in the river, but you're looking for the aggressive fish that snap at baits. If you've ever pike/muskie fished then imagine a fish 3 times the size smashing a plug. I started out in the river but haven't fished it in 3 years now, the people and the snagging aren't fun to me. I'll resume the river fishing in November when the steelhead are in and the people are out. If you want specifics on where/what to use let me know. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  3. Squash looks like you have some blossom rot. I've had it in the past, I found that adding calcium to the soil solved my issues. I bought a few containers of tums and ground them up and mixed into water. Seemed to do the trick for me. I now add calcium before I plant every year and haven't had it since.... 4. Haha. I typically do real well now that they're on more of a pattern, and the bugs are gone. I boated 10 eyes this morning, some shorts and some barely 15's that I didn't keep. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  5. Live from the well... Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  6. Yea it's been decent, started out slower than usual, the mayflys were very abundant. It's heating up lately though. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  7. Oneida walleyes. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  8. Yes, they are most common with 15's. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  9. Will do Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  10. Guys on YouTube/forums have killed deer at 100 yds with 10mm. I'd be comfortable at 50-60 with the load, situation depending. The 3 MOA red dot should aid in better shot placement also. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  11. Deer hunting is the plan for it. It took me quite awhile to find one NY compliant, I ended up finding one on GunBroker and won the bid there. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  12. My new Glock 40, 10mm, 6" barrel. Just mounted a Primary Arms RS-10 on it today. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  13. You forgot me Wolc. I'm just done having the same debate with the same people and letting it affect my day. This site is in the shitter anyways. Maybe Elon Musk will buy it and we'll have some structure.... Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk

    Outboard motor.

Don't over look other brands like Tohatsu. They're made by Mercury but can be had for less money. I have the 8 hp, twin 4 stroke as a kicker motor and it runs great. It was $2100 new shipped to my door. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  15. Buddy and I hit 47 smallies this morning. Left them biting but the wind gusts we're getting out of control. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  16. Yes they do. Perch will spawn in 5-15' of water typically in last year's grass. Their eggs will stick to the vegetation in long strings. We've been fishing 9' of water for perch. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  17. Beat up the perch again yesterday, forgot to snap a pic. Got into some largies today, boated a dozen. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  18. The blind buck never saw it coming... Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  19. Yea they tout the 12" screen as a huge selling point in the new Tundra's but I don't like it. If I need a laptop on the dash I'll bring one... Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  20. Maybe your ears would perk up more if we were talking about shooting button bucks. Feel free to "troll" right on by the thread if you don't have anything useful to add. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  21. Luckily for you, trolls are a protected species.... Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  22. No, it's in the creek that the hatchery sits on, there is an impassible barrier there that the walleyes collect at heavily. The spearing is taking place about 30yds from the hatchery doors. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  23. I didn't fish Oneida for the perch yesterday but a friend of mine did a few days ago and hammered them there too. He also said he caught no less than 20 walleyes in the process... Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  24. Exactly, if they win this battle then no fishery will be safe. The DEC better make the right decision. We won't even get into the hunting side of things yet... Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
  25. No. I know they can do as they please on their land, this is not even remotely near their land. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk
