You sound like me.

My plan is a pork picnic i guess its called. I usually use that for pulled pork, start it early on a Saturday, and eat like pigs Saturday night. Thinking pulled pork, cheddar jack, purple onion. Not sure what else to add.

Yummmm, I have that on my want to make list, is pulled pork quesadillas!

I had received a Echo Dot with a separate purchase. I have barely any use for it....I found myself asking about the weather, and my SUV can be started through an app, and the Echo Dot can be synced with it, still have no use for it. In fact, I unplugged it yesterday, and stuck it in the closet. I feel if I bought a smart plug, or light bulb, it would be convenient when walking into a dark home at night, especially with full arms. Other than that, its not for me, just another product to make Amazon richer.

Made steak for Jenn, and a burger for me. First time making asparagus. Always liked it, just never made it. Oil & garlic...nom noms

The newer one down in Wurtsboro. salsa is pretty good actually. Jenn got a beef taco, and a chicken enchilada. The beef was DRY, and the chicken enchilada had NO chicken, ONLY cheese. She said never again

Jenn picked up pizza, wings, calamari, and then chips, and salsa from a Mexican restaurant for valentines day!

It really is a nice sauce, i had out, started having withdrawals. Mr T sent me 2 more bottles, hes a great guy, I have a thank you box ready to go back to him. It is good straight from bottle, but when its on nachos/tacos it’s completely different.

So today concluded my photoshoot. It was a lot of fun this trip, and really feel that I made the marketer happy. I feel good about it. The excavator really left some impressions with some of the higher ups. They one big deal in Germany said he is going to show this globally! Today was a camping scene, Jenn & I were setting up a tent, and I was actually cooking eggs, bacon, and sausage on the fire with a Greifer terminal device. We then walked down the river, which was beautiful, water was greenish it was soooo clear. Limestone bedded, and we were filmed walking, and skipping rocks. Later on we stopped at the marketers home, and freshened up a little. Her, and her husband took us to this amazing restaurant overlooking Lake Travis. Unreal views, it was such a blast, and it was our first time meeting her husband, and we all clicked very well. We had such a great time. We all took a bunch of pics. I saw cactus for the first time in my life, and I was NOT expecting that! I walked around the campsite they rented, looked just over this little curve, and saw tons of little rounded cacti! I was so excited about that! Then all of a sudden Jenn found an armadillo shell, yet something else farthest from my mind that I thought I would see. What a GREAT experience that I cannot be any happier about! Restaurant pics, and views.
