Haha, I love it! See it doesn't take much lettuce to rock your world. I am appalled at no cheese though...you should be ashamed of yourself. Oh, and I don't do fungus, but I can let that slide though! You had more than one right? Or are you watching your girly figure?

Funny seeing this thread, since on Saturday I was out on my ATV , and was parked on the side of the road by an intersection. I was stretching my legs resting, and heard a bike rev up, and I was like WTF is that. It was so loud, then zooom, this guy on a sport bike went by so fast, he had to be going 120 or so, it was so loud, and fast, it was almost scary. I must admit, it was cool to see. Its still illegal, but at least it was an extreme rural area of the Adirondacks, and not a male sex organ lane filtering in traffic.

Very good, glad you had a nice birthday eve. Not sure where you are, but great weather here, on the crappy southern tier.

Not sure if anyone cares, but I like sharing, and feel its pretty harmless lol. Went for a 25 mile ride this weekend, had a blast. Dad, and my girlfriend, and I, good food, good cruise.

My dad, and girlfriend spent the weekend there at camp as previously mentioned. Well my girlfriend's dad gave us 2 pounds of Maine moose burger, and a pound of cubed moose steaks! I have wanted to try moose for a good 5-10 years, so this was very much a huge treat, especially since Maine is where I go every summer for vacation, to see moose, and get away from society. I decided to bring up a pound of the moose burger, and make moose sliders for the 3 of us. Oh my god, it is unbelievable how clean moose tastes. All 3 of us were in awe....my dad had moose, and caribou years back, so he knew how much he enjoys moose. Anyways, here is Saturdays pics. Just simple, salt, pepper, pinch of minced garlic, and a pinch of diced onion, and slowly grilled, with a pinch of shredded cheese. Very much a treat, and it meant a lot.

Went up to camp this weekend. Made homemade beef jerky with Lem's backwoods original! Homemade taco wontons no lettuce! Just taco meat n cheese! I know, i am a rebel lol Homemade tater skins with bacon topped with sour cream, and hot sauce.

Hickory smoked kielbasa, with box push pierogies, and onions.

Cubaaaaaaaan sammmmmmich! Noms!

And you eat so many onions, and peppers, you may turn into a pepper soon. Lol

Healthy dinner, girlfriend made it for me. I will be hungry in about 15 minutes, but this is good stuff.
