I appreciate that a lot, it’s in our family blood. I don’t post much about this stuff, because I watch him when I can, but he uses LEM gear, and has the remote monitoring temp setup.

My dad smoked kielbasa, and fresh sausage for me yesterday, really excited....smoked sausage is the ultimate comfort meal for me. Hickory smoked.

I completely agree, and I purposely ordered specific 3 hole caps versus the 7 hole. The chives still clog the 3 hole. I use the large dump side. Sorry for this inconvenience.

I find myself doing the same, sort of switching them up on different meats. I feel it depends on your taste buds that day, chicken rub is more of a milder/softer taste, and cow is more zesty.

Just got word the hand is held up in customs, maybe Monday now.

The hand I most recently got is the first waterproof hand available without a skin covering. However, they are only waterproof up to the wrist. All other hands MUST have a skin covering to be waterproof up to the wrist. Even at that point you must not have tears/rips, but I have never had a problem with some tears, and washing the hand. True story, I went to an outdoor concert few yrs back, got caught in a 2 hr downpour that filled up the skin covering on my last hand(the painted arm i have posted), it was so wet water was pouring out as I was driving to work! I shut the hand off, set it ontop of my dehumidifier for a few days, and it after about a week started working again! Never a problem after

I do know it’s created by the creator of the Bebionic hand. Bebionic is crap, but looks cool, and is cheap....so its popular, that being said, I hope this hand is not a disappointment, but I plan to put it through its paces.

I type with my sound hand, pretty fast too. The cool hand can also type, and it even has a cool mouse grip pattern, where it holds the mouse, and the index finger stays open, so it rests on the left clicker, so when you fire the closing muscle, it presses the button on the mouse...same thing for right click with the middle finger.
