You would leave the skins on the potatoes, then mash them like any other mashed potato. Some people think it’s a sin(lol), but we love the skins left on.

For me: Chicken & Shramp slow cooked in red sauce with sliced garlic, over penne. Appetizer was cucumber/tomato salad. For her: Ribeye, dirty mashed sweet tater, cucumber/tomato salad.

True story, I have never used Tater Topper on eggs, but you guys here using it, gave me the bug! Ham, egg, pepper jack chizz, with Bionic’s Tater Topper, and drops of Frank’s Red Hot, on lightly crisped Rye bread. With a little cheese-pull pic.

I just threw a wrap together after we went on our walk this evening. DEEP FRIED tenders chopped, with melted swiss, romaine, tomato, avocado, bbq sauce, Ray’s secret sauce, franks red hot, with @crappyice chopped ramps. Thank you sir! Very good flavor!
