  2. She loves the contact. She was pick of the litter of 12 pups so she craves being close. Her brother Red was 1 of 6, he's not a fan when she "puppy piles" him. Lol Sent from my LM-G850 using Tapatalk
  3. Here's my soon to be 8 month old female Sky. Yes. She's asleep and snoring. Lol Sent from my LM-G850 using Tapatalk
  4. Liver roan or Black roan is a color for German Short Haired pointers.. Means instead of white it has a blend of colors in it.. Here's my male "Red" (Short for Reddington) from the day he was born and how the color progressed...
  5. Two key factors in them dropping is physical stress and all the does being bred.. Mild winter and high doe population is dragging that out for sure..
  6. My 7.5 month old liver roan female and my 2 year old black roan GSP's doing what they love.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5oxPW5Rxvg Sky retrieving a nice rooster that tried to run from her and Red... They pinned him, forced a flush.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qM5Azq8By7Y

  11. I never think of bear hunting in NY... We just started seeing them on trail cams the past few years.. In Ma we have good #'s of them, and big ones.. AND... I can bring it home, No CWD in bears..
  12. I do like hunting bears too.. LOL This past Sept. 260lbs dressed, Ma bear.
  13. I do... That is true.. I can go sit and hunt for bears... I do have some trail cam pics of them..
  14. I just didn't want to just sit in the truck or sit with them increasing smell and movement.. let them hunt on their own... Figure I could get some exercise and shoot some annoying squirrels.. LOL
  15. Just didnt want to break any rules. Lol Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  16. Private farm... I know most of the others that hunt it.. and I would literally be no where near the others hunting.. Would be a stretch for them to say I am aiding.. I would never try to bend any rule especially with kids involved. Showing them the proper way to do things is priority..
  17. I need to sight in my new 22LR then. Revenge of the deer hunter!!! Going to slay some squirrels!! Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  18. Driving the truck there. Yes, I know a deer drive would be assisting. Lol. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  19. Not assisting... Only driving.. I won't be anywhere near them...
  20. OK, filled my only tag for rifle season, but still want to take my son and a youth hunter out to fill theirs. I am finding nothing saying I can't squirrel hunt while they deer hunt. Am I missing it?? Trying to make sure I am not breaking any rules. Thanks in advance...
  21. Buddy let me borrow this since I pulled/tore my bicep tendon... Thing is impressive.. I won't be testing this thing at any distance, all my stands are set for 30 yards max, LOL.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alUWG7S0iQM

  23. Is an X Bow considered "unloaded" if there is no bolt but it is still "Drawn and locked back"? or do you have to have the bow uncocked for it to be considered unloaded?? I can't find the rule in the regs. If you do, can you tell me or provide the link to it???
