    Yes you should be ok rinse for sure... I'm trained in food safety... honesty as long as the meat is cooled ok you are ok... the outside of the meat is always cooked over 165 degrees so you won't get sick.... do you know how often the guts get popped at commercial slaughter houses more then you would ever think Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    He's not that close of a friend so you did what you feel was right. I think we should all respect that you did what was right for you...
