    My wife gained after 2 kids. Had mono lost ton of weight took a while for her to get on her feet. Works at a school so she started thinking about weight. We are pasta friends so it doesn't help. Her friend just dropped 20000 for a tummy tuck and other work. So we're gonna try some stuff b4 that.

    That's a good thing they'll have that motivation to prove people wrong. Plus Henry being back. Joe and he's recieving corp is very good. I think the Titans will double up Chase and make him look elsewhere.

    Im trying I got a month before my Jekyll Island trip. Did 175 push ups this morning. 2 sets of 50 rest sets of 25. It's a start wife want to start the intermittent fasting soon.

    Nothing would probably surprise you cuz your set in your ways lol. But give them a try alittle work is worth the reward. I'm set in my ways too but it's a military thing.

    Yup there fine to eat! My best day was 21 reds cleaned them all andade a squirrel stew. Delicious. My sister didn't like me lucky our dog got into the discards. Nothing like hearing a scream when my sis scene a head with eyes looking at her after the dog threw up. I couldn't stop laughing but the clean up sucked.

    Anyone ever visit Jekyll Island? This is my first time staying there usually stay on st Simons island. But heard Jekyll island is quieter. Already seen deer there b4. Alligator s should be fun fishing too. Couldn't pass up the deal!

    Thanks for the response. Yes that's why I want to move outta my state either Georgia south Carolina or north Carolina. I'd love to go to a game. I've had everything the military can put into you shot wise. Not getting covid vaccine so I'll be missing out.
