That is funny about the unbiased soarce ...maybe you should look at it what has tha NRA done for NY and then come back and aske me if I am being taken for a ride... lets see the last 3 Governors have been anti and the legislative majority anti... most of the State is liberal but Second Amendment Foundation is the only organization fighting laws in the Supreme Court so how is that for facts. So before you bring you talk to the table tell Hollywood NRA to do something for New Yorkers and maybe just maybe they will see more money given to them from here so they can have there lavish hunting trips and gorgous homes and as well fat pockets for them. Second Amendment Foundation does not buy list to send out asking for money .....Just think about it why does the NRA ask for money always and things keep getting worst and never do you here about the big fight. Are you kidding me you dont know what they are doing for NY. They have the biggest battle ever waged for gun rights here in New York. They are preparing to go up to the Unites States Supreme Court to get the good cause law for gun permits changed in New York. Thats right if they are succesfull, you will no longer need a good reason to get a gun permit in New York. They will hands down beet anything the NRA has done for New York in a long time.

Please dont be so informed your self. While being the biggest private lobbiest group in the country and having a sole purpose of protecting gun rights they do alot of preventing things against gun owners. Instead of challanging legislation or lobby at a local level they wait until its about to go for a vote to step in. Please I have not seen the NRA in NY doing anything for a long time if any. Second Amendment Foundation is the only one willing to help and chage things in NY for gun permits. So if you opinion is informed bring on the facts. As far as being called anti for my opinion your dead wrong and insulting. NRA has become more of a Hollywood status not a help of any kind. I personally dont like the NRA because I dont truly believe they are out there to help gun owners. I beleive they want constant challanges for gun rights becaue this a way to keep there ever growing bank accounts huge. just think about it if there wasnt any gun restrictions do we have a need for them. We dont have a need we can set are own idea and warning by how and who we vote in.

I agree very much with you ...other states have laws on the books allowing a hunting season every year ...new york should follow the same ...but it can only be done by speaking as one voice...getting in the legislation
