shawnhu
Fenced in does not guarantee 100% success.
aoudadhunter
Nothing is "fenced in" it's all 100% fair chase
BizCT
Fenced in does not guarantee 100% success. If you hunt are there long enough it does. It's not hunting. The animal can't get away. The animal can only run to the fence line and that's it.
shawnhu
Isn't this world a fence then?
BizCT
The Boone and Crockett Club condemns the pursuit and killing of any big game animal kept in or released from captivity to be killed in an artificial or bogus “hunting” situation where the game lacks the equivalent chance to escape afforded free-ranging animals, virtually assuring the shooter a certain or unrealistically favorable chance of a kill. BizCT
Shaun - you should hunt here > http://www.rdmwildbunch.com/hunting-ranch.htm I gaurantee you will kill the biggest buck of the year on this forum!
Uncle Nicky
It puzzles me why anyone would be so quick to condemn something they've never tried....NOT all hunting in Texas is high fence, trust me, I've been there & done that. This looks free-range to me, look at the background in many of the photos...hard to fence in country like that.
BizCT
You know its a bad sign when the outfitters website doesn't even work.
aoudadhunter
Agreed however these are in no way shape or form captive, released ect. This is 150 % fair chase. Aoudad are nomadic animals that can jump nearly 8 ft from a stand still. Nothing is guaranteed . This is by far the most challenging hunt in the state of Texas. aoudadhunter
In a few days our website is being re-designed to a better format. The flash player format is slow and doesn't allow enough storage.

Tommy, if I was having horns for dinner, I probably would visit one of those, but I'm not. Good thing about this sport is that it can accommodator a wife variety of different people, hunting for different reasons. Btw, the spelling of my name is the same as my screen name. BizCT
If your looking to hunt for dinner, bison meat is much better. Go on a Buffalo hunt and get 1800lbs of meat.

I'm just looking to do some legal hunting on the cheap. Not everyone needs extravagant hunts and meat to be happy. But thanks for the advice. I've had bison steaks before, as well as buffalo.
