Locked Thread's

Is there any way to un lock thread's.This question is for mod's only not sure who to ask.If a thread cannot can you move previuos post's to a different thread.

Yes , a thread can be unlocked but seldom done . Usually , it's locked for a good reason like maybe it has gotten totally out of hand .

The only threads I have locked are the ones in the classifieds when an item has been SOLD .

Is there a thread that you feel should be unlocked ?
