Labor Day Weekend

Enjoy the long weekend everyone My plans will include labor, lol. Going to get the wheat acreage in before the rains (hopefully) Tearing down an old chicken coop for lumber salvage, working with my bees, and practice with the bow Oh and maybe a cookout thrown in there, lol. Happy Labor Day everyone. Seems to come quickly.

Sounds Good Landtrac. Spent the morning digging potatoes and picking veggies. Shooting the bow this evening as the sun drops down. Working in the sugar bush tomorrow.

Spent the morning prepping my yard for reseeding next week by spraying down the weeds and setup some small doggy fences to keep my dog out of the bushes and nooks and crannies in my backyard. Tomorrow and Monday I will be spending time with the family and resting. Thank God the kids are back in school come Tuesday.

I spent yesterday working on the house, today we are going to a bbq and tomorrow will be more work on the house. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Yep...it's been a great weekend and what wonderful nights with a full beautiful moon..must be a harvest moon for the guys were out late last night and early this morning...moon still high in sky harvesting beans...the air smells so good!...Just practicing....finishing up some fall chores...going to camp and getting some fishing in this afternoon or in morning...hope everyone is having a fun safe weekend

My older brother is divorced and works out of Atlanta a lot so often I become a defacto dad. I took the girls to Sherwood Island State Park in CT for a beach day on Saturday while I did some clam harvesting. Sunday was spend at the Bronx Zoo. Tomorrow, I on christianing the 2013 hunting season by going out hunting for the first time this season (squirrels).
