Tried my damdest to stay out this eavening, but with temps @ 34 and rain with 15 - 20 winds I chalked it up to a decent season at 3... Wet n cold doesn't mix! Well shot two doe's n a buck during bow, and couldn't get a shot off at my number one buck at twenty with the stick n string , also missed another doe too, never even saw a deer during gun , but the freezers happy, and I can't complain on the season... 2012 is in the books ,,, now ...... BRING ON THE THUNDER CHICKENS!!!

Pleasant last afternoon in the stand with the bow. I got out just as the rain stopped and I stayed dry. Saw a couple squirrels and that was it. Havent seen a deer since the gun season opened. Still have 1 in the freezer though. Cant wait until October 1st 2013!
