phone apps/Deer call's

Have any of you tried using these.I did down load them.Thought I would ask since.

I have a couple for messing around. The grunt and bleats are too quiet but the fawn in distress in a good one

I have tried them. Speaker in the phone is too weak to be effective.

i tried too. i agree with wny. not effective, plus i threw my phone in the swamp a year ago and havent had one since, so i dont know if they are better now or not.

Aren't they considered an electronic calls?So we aren't to use them in NY is this correct.That would suck to get busted for using a cell phone in the forest.

I would say yes. if using them as bleets, grunts fawn in distress they would be considered electronic calls. I sont think the speakers are loud enough to be effective anyways

I wasn't sure they were.I've been messing with the range finder and think it works good.Anyone have more info on these phone a pps?I have a Sprint HTC I guess this is a Droid not sure just getting up dated with New techno.

I actually goofed around with it last year and called in several small bucks and young does....worked well
