Early Posted December 16, 2012 Share Posted December 16, 2012 You are in for a treat!! Cook them the same way you cook expensive lamb loin chops. Do next-to-nothing in the way of seasoning; you do not want to camouflage the delicious venison flavor. (I would pan fry them in real butter...or broil them, after slathering with butter...or grill, basting with melted butter.) Butter and salt...that's all the seasoning you need. crappyice Posted December 21, 2012 Share Posted December 21, 2012 Marinate in oil, salt pepper, crushed red pepper and fresh rosemary sprigs. Grill on a HOT wood fire. Cook to med rare at most.
