That could have gone south quickly....it would be great to be able to say hey..I'll just call the cops...but as busy as they are ...would it have done any good? and can you imagine the cluster it would cause if everyone that lost a phone did that?....Double edger app I think...Good for him standing up for whats right but wouldn't recommend that approach.....He'll probably find himself in civil court paying personal damages for excessive force

Gotta be honest....I don't have a problem with a thief, and obvious repeat offender, getting his ass kicked. The guy who punched him out will more than likely get sued by the piece of crap, but I don't see the parasite getting too much out of him.

The guy found the phone and didn't turn it in to anyone . Pretty close to stealing .

I found a phone , did a lookup on it and saw that it was Verizon and turned it in at a Verizon Store .

If he would have called the police they would have done nothing.Its pretty sad when someone can do more than a officer of the law either because of their hands being tied because of having to jump through legality BS or because of pure laziness.
