Cuomo should be Impeached now

After reading this article. I want to know why he is not impeached & the whole law thrown out. He states he did not read the law.

If it is true that Cuomo didn't even read the law,  it is a perfect illustration of the contempt that this little Tyrant has for the people of New York. Time will tell.
