Too small unless it is a young one,put out a live trap with some caned sardines,you might just get it.

Boy that's a tough call.....I think it might be a mink as Wooly commented . Small legs like a mink , but it looks like it's ass end is up like a fisher. The tail appears as long as it's body.....not sure.  Pretty cool picture just the same. Thanks for sharing.

Legs look to long for a mink  they are usually close to the ground

probably not a martin but depends on where it was taken, not very common.  It would be the tallest long legged mink I ever see.  Fisher fits the profile much better and they are pretty common.  I know people think other wise but they are abundant around here.  Easily can get your bag limit trapping them in a weeks time here at home.
