It will be interesting to watch what happens as major cities across NY. fall to bankruptcy in the future, with the NY. Safe Act in place.

Where I live, police response time isn't even an issue. By the time they finally get there, There will either be dead bad-guy bodies laying there or ours. The law enforcement guys are spread pretty thin across the county. But even at that I'll bet we can beat 4 hours ...... lol.
