I need a new cable and string on my 2006 Fred bear element any recommendation of a buffalo area shop that does decent work but also won't break the bank? I'll be calling around today but a heads up would help. Thanks in advance

I've always had good luck with S & S in Springville. Great service and reasonable prices. Indoor 3D range is nice too.

Little Ridge Archery on Rt. 104 (North of Middleport) is a very good shop to check out.  Just depends on what shop is close to you.  Johnson's in Lockport and Valenti's on Chesnut Ridge are OK too.

Its funny- i would say little ridge is the best but honestly most suck...two of those mentioned are all about selling more...learn to do it yourself and buy the stuff online- or buy new strings and find a buddy with a press....
