YFKI1983
I have a lifetime supersportsman license. Every year I get a buck/doe tag that is for Muzzleloader/bow season. I know someone that gets that and also gets a doe tag for bow. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong.
Pav2704
Take a look at page 28 of NY Hunting and Trapping Regulations. Supersportsman tags should include: Reg Deer season antlered tag, bow/mz either sex tag, bow/mz antlerless tag, and the dmp for the extra ten bucks. covert
If you get archery AND muzzleloader stamps you get one either sex and one antlerless. If you get archery OR muzzle you get an either sex. http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/8305.html Numbers 2 and 3 under Resident Hunters. No such thing as a Lifeting Super Sportsman Lifetime Sportsman maybe. whcih doesn't include bowhunting or Muzzle loader hunting pliviledges. YFKI1983
So if I have muzzleloader or bow tag (either sex) i can purchase a seperate bow hunting only license?
covert
The tag will say bow/muzzleloader regardless. Yes as long as you have the certification/class.
