The Doe's and fawn's are absolutley hammering the Hickory's in our one spot.

So nut mast looks good this year ? I talked to one of the guys who lives next to the property I hunt and he said the Apple trees on our land are over loaded and the deer are absolutely nailing them. I would think if the nut mast is also abundant that could make it a little more difficult to pick a good food source to hunt this season.

I know so far from the last few days on different stands...that patterns they have followed for years...Out the window...and that includes around the food plots as well....

Same here grow. The usual is right out the window. The mast crop here, is some of the best ever. Wild apples and pears all over. Very difficult to hunt any food source right now.
