I had a trufire 3d thumb release that I had accidentally put through the washer and dryer. When it came out the release was beat up pretty bad and wouldn't grip the d-loop on my string. So I went right out and bought another of the same release because I like them. When I got home from hunting a night or 2 later I shot trufire a email saying what had happened and asked if they offered repairing services.I was told to box it up and send it down to them.5 days later I received a phone call telling me the release was fixed and on its way back to me,I asked how much was the repair and they told me no charge.Trufire will receive business from me for whatever I can get from them. Its great to see places that give great service to their customers.Just wanted to let everyone know that they are a good company!!
