Hunting in 4G

Buddy is looking at a lease in 4G, lease to buy... 75 acres.. etc... But wondering if anyone on here hunts that zone and your thoughts???

There are some big bucks and turkeys in that area. Not a ton of them but they are around. Two years ago I got a ton of good bucks on my cams last near not so many.

This past year I had quite a few decent bucks on my cam , and last year I had a Bear ! You never know , its an area that is not too heavily hunted from my experience ( which is not vast ! )
