I have actually seen stuff like that, while driving. Best one was a guys wallet sitting on the back bumper of his truck, while he was doing about 70mph down Rt.-81.

Similar but funny story...a officer here in olean was in front of me at a light and his keys I'm assuming to his personal vehicle were sitting on top of his trunk. I was flashing my light and trying to wave him over to get them off so he didn't loose them... Got out of his ride with hand on gun thinking the worse...then realized I had just save him a long day lol
