I think we might be in for a good season. have been seeing tons of birds for months now and lots of tracks in the snow...

Seen 4 hens and Tom Thumb today.  He's the size of a hen, but has a huge strut span.

Been out strutting in cut cornfields along the railroad tracks from dunkirk to ashtabula ohio.. soon they will be waking me up by gobbling outside my window....ugh
