Califonia Concealed Weapon Law Tossed by court

Can someone please tell me how this is any different than the NYC concealed law and why this isn't being appealed and overturned here?

    Along this same line. Why can't NY. have these Recall elections like they did in Colorado & get rid of the state Reps. that lied when they took their oath & did not uphold their state constitution & do what they said they would do when running for office?  They had a revote & ousted 2 of them & replaced them with pro gun ppl.
