Hot sauce

I'm taking Tabasco up to the cabin, the same stuff I use as general hot sauce at home.

 

If I'm making wings, it's a Franks base now for the flavor, usually the hot buffalo for others, for me, it's a base of the extra hot then I add chili pepper flakes and a couple other hot sauces ranging from Dave's to ghost/scorpion pepper. Been backing off lately on my heat, stomach doesn't like too much anymore.
