anybody go to the sportsman show in rockland cty

went today same as last year everyone was friendly alot of fishing  . talk to a few guides/ out fitters about a bear hunt in maine or new brunswick

Just got home,not as packed as last year,i also took info on bear from all Maine guides.Lots of fishing stuff.I have a buddy who works in Rockland he landed us some free passes so at least we got in for free.

yeah last year much  more crowded i couldn't get to the pickle  guy like they were giving them away the venison butcher guy had good suasage and venison bacon always wind up going home w/ a hot sauce . talked to a few guys about a salmon trip on lake ontario in aug or sept.

took the drive up from Long Island w/ my daughter, we enjoyed walking around and spending a few dollars

I went on Saturday and it was pretty crowded. I talked with some outfitters and met Rich of the crossbow coalition.
