5.9cummins
After my experience earlier in the season (http://huntingny.com/forums/index.php/topic,1549.0.html) with a anti i go armed with more than a gun when i enter into the woods. If you never have to deal with this BS great but if you do here is some useful info. NYS Hunter Harassment Law - http://public.leginfo.state.ny.us/LAWSSEAF.cgi?QUERYTYPE=LAWS+&QUERYDATA=$$ENV11-0110$$@TXENV011-0110+&LIST=SEA2+&BROWSER=BROWSER+&TOKEN=01990692+&TARGET=VIEW ECO officer roster by region - http://www.dec.ny.gov/about/50303.html

Paulie
( follows the licensed person in or about such place and engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which alarm or seriously annoy such licensed person and which serve no legitimate purpose. This is a little vague IMO. I mean its all opionion based...make sure you have the documentation to back this up. What constitutes annoying behavoir? If I were an anti ad I read this I would certianly make sure i did a few things to sway the arguement..if you ge my drift.
gundeck
If I am harassed, (at least where I hunt 90% of the time), they are trespassing. There is no arguement to sway.
