Primos Truth Cam Ultra

I have 3 Primos Truth Cam Blackouts that work fine .

 

I won a Primos Truth Cam Ultra and have reset the Date / Times and it reverts back to an older date on every usage . It takes 1/2 decent pictures but is worthless without correct dates . The camera is set up 50 miles away so pulling it isn't a simple task but I will bring it home the next time I go to Geneseo . .

I always stick to my bushnell's those things are beasts and batteries last forever in them...

Have you contacted Primos?My friend had the same cam,same problem and they swapped it out for a new one

1st of all , the camera cost me $5 for the raffle ticket so i'm not out much money . Someone on the complaint site had the same problem and Primos customer service sent that person a memo that stated the camera cannot be repaired . I found this out after my original post .

2nd , I looked up the Customer Service and the camera was a special sell for DICKs Sporting Goods . DICKs no longer carries that camera .

3rd , the $5 for the ticket went to a good cause .

Yep- I've had really good dealings with Primos customer service when it came to returning cams for new units.

I've returned 3 of them for different issues than Ed's, but it was always no questions asked, and they eventually sent me the upgraded version Ultra Blackout 60.
