Awesome, makes me wanna get in stand. Ive never tried winter rye here in Steuben, but have wanted too..

I planted whitetail oats on Sept. 2nd.. they're about 8-10" tall, and there hitting them already. I should put a camera on them. Mixed them in with thin soybeans that didnt do so well..

I had a huge field planted one year with winter Rye. Deer loved it, pawed it all up when the snow came.
