What is the state land that is near the cabin?

It's near Jamestown, NY. On the North side. So I would say the state land is Dobbins Memorial? Probably around a 40 minute drive to the state land.

Bucktooth State Forest (2000 acres?) is about 5 min. from Little Valley.  Lots of big deer here in Catt County, but everyone and their daughter hunts out here.  But what the heck, its only 15K.

I've hunted Bucktooth for probly 15 years .Never timed the ride but i don't think its more than 15 mins. As far as lots of hunters if you see alot you're not going very far.

We have slept 4 adults hunting no problem . Camp is in cattarugus county probly 20 miles east of chautaqua lake.

Lots of good state land to hunt in this area. Would not be much of a ride to many of them!  Bucktooth, McCarthy hill, Golden Hill, Boyce hill ,  Farmersville station.   All good spots.   Never hunted Bucktooth, but have hunted many of  the others.    I have nothing to do with this sale.   Jmo.
