Dead Fawn right behind my wood shed.

Both dogs this morning headed behind the wood shed. I went to get them and I found this. Looks like it was there a while. Maggots were all over its backside. Think maybe something bit it while chasing but it got away? Ended up there and died of the heat??? There is a thick hedgerow 20 feet from there. Pretty small for this time of year. I'll get rid of it after work. Put it in the woods or dig a hole???

Too much of a good heart. Dug a hole by some special trees and put my Moms deer staue over it. RIP little Button Buck! It looks only to be 2-3 weeks, so small!
