While reading these new regulation's they seem to my self for the most part for upstate NY I am trying to figure out if these are state wide regs.When surching my region I cannot find any rule changes for this area.Does anyone in region 3 know of any changes for this area?Also I have know idea as to the poster above this post and seem to me he needs to be removed from this site.

This is crazy I was trying to figure out my plans for the first 2 week's of April And have this nut posting stupid crap about games that I have no interest in this poster needs to be removed.
