Anybody notice how many of those changes are in direct opposition to where NYSDEC claims to be heading?

A guy would have to give up his tag so his or another kid could hunt...Not that would show who reallly wants to get youths hunting. Extended season..Thats a good thing if there is an over population. Ny should do that in some of the 8's with does only being taken, if you have places to hunt the 8's then you get 2 extra weeks with 2 extra tags, that may remove some deer!
