deerpassion
The glaze is honey , real maple syrup , worstechire, Apple cider vinegar , brown sugar, bourban , butter , and a squeeze of an orange .... Pound the breast out flat , layer ham n cheese(I prefer provolone or pepper jack, n Black Forest ham) , arugula , roll up, secure with twine , sear each side (approximately 3 minutes a side) and put in 375 dg oven until internal temp is 160.... Take it out though at 150 internal temp cause carry over heat while it rests for 5-10 min will bring it up to 160.... Baste occasionally with glaze while in oven .... WhitetailAddict11
Looks good! Something tells me your culinary skills are a bit more than average based on your directions. Sear each side means burn each side when I'm cooking haha
