growalot
Glad it rained!!! The new neighbor ...during a no fire, red time decided that firing off a bunch of screamers at 11:20 PM was a smart thing to do Saturday night....Old Ma nature was looking out for us and it actually sprinkled for 5 mins as he set off the last one....then it poured last night. When we went to the winery for brunch they had those road side alert signs up all over about the fire danger. ants
Raining real good here too. It has been bone dry. The farm had the watering system blasting the other day. I don't remember seeing that this early in the season.
Lawdwaz
Bone dry here today. We had a nice little burst last night but we're still in tough shape.
Doc
It ain't dry no more! Saw some of the pictures of Avon last night. It seems they have a particular bridge over there that just can't seem to stay put. After last night's series of storms, I wonder what the front of my driveway looks like ..... lol. Pretty good chance it is or was under water. I also wonder what the garden looks like, or if I even have a garden now. There was some pretty heavy downpours. When it gets daylight, I'll have to check things out.
