A.8196 Repeals several provisions of the Safe Act

Contact your representative in the N.Y. Assembly and tell them to please pass proposal A.8196.   This proposal would repeal several parts of the Safe Act .

Don't get excited this has to be voted on by democrats who were the first to put the safe act into affect.

Those are the only ones I know about.These proposals already passed the N.Y. Senate, now it is up to the N.Y. Assembly. 76 yes votes out of 150 are needed.His Highness can still veto the Bill if it reaches him I was told.All we can do is try.
