Jeremy K
I have been shooting a couple of the newer closed cell block targets this year,I decided to blow the dust off my saved up gift cards and picked up a rinehart booner buck,my first impression of the target is that it is a really nice target ,the holes close right back up after arrow removal. Doc
Do the arrows extract easily? I've seen some of these that grab onto the arrow so hard you run danger of wrecking your arrows trying to pull them free. Letting go of the arrows can sometimes be as important as stopping them. Jeremy K
O ya,I should have added that. I shoot on a 3D league every Wednesday so I have some experience with diffrent kinds of targets and arrow removal, it isn't the easiest but it certainly isn't the hardest to remove. Every arrow was one hand on its back and pull out with one hand.

I have heard that some guys spray their arrows with some sort of lubricant to help getting them out of some of the more stubborn targets. Jeremy K
I have some of that lube but never felt the need for it. I have one of those rubber grips too that help you get a better hold of the arrows but I haven't needed that yet either.
Bow Addict
Bar soap on the arrow help make pulling them easier.
Uptown Redneck
One of those rubber grip sheets available in any dollar store makes removing arrows/bolts from any target a breeze
