Dont know any in columbia , but Malafy's is in Dutchess   town of Milan.  Not to far off the Parkway.

I know this is a little late, but for future reference, Shuey's does a good job.  He is located on Ben Ganson Road in the Town of Ghent.  Also, Alan Briggs, who is located in Columbiaville.  He is a little farther away, but he is the one I use and I have been very satisfied.  His number is 518 821-0012.

Got a guy on rt 23 by the Dutch Treat restaurant that does good work.... take a right off of 22 south... a couple miles from there on your right.
