Dispatching fur

What's the best way to dispatch fox, coyote, coon.. Shooting them with a .22? If so where?

Well , 22 short in the ear is very effective. Stay away from longs unless cb longd, too much powrt can go thru znd ricochet, This will sound bad but highly effective, but we use to club them and stand on ribcage, no fur damage that way,
